I have put on a few extra pounds over the last couple of years and have been busy with divorce, the death of my father, and now I'm busy with nursing school. I didn't take care of myself and now I'm at the point where it's time for me to make myself the priority and to work my nutrition and fitness into my work and school schedule. I'm looking for friends to help keep me motivated and support me in my effort to make change and start a new routine. (Plus, I may need someone to smack my fingers when I repeatedly reach for the chocolate
