Lossing...

Hey there...I been trying to loss weight since January 2nd and basically lossing this battle...I was doing the Insanity workout at least 4 to 5 days a week...eating right but the pounds seem to not shed...so I gave up on the workout and eating right and now I gained an extra 7 lbs...feeling defeated yet again...not sure what I need to do to get motivated again...plus I emotionally eat because I am stressed...hopefully I can snap out of this rut and live heathier and leaner...wish me luck!!!

    You say you are 'eating right' but are you weighing, measuring and logging everything you eat? If you aren't, you could be eating the healthiest food on the planet and still be eating too much. You have to be completely honest in your food logging. Start there if you aren't already.
