What exercises are best for losing belly fat gained from 9 pregnancies?

Exercise doesn't spot reduce fat from the body. Consistent calorie deficit is the ticket.

these isn't much for spot reducing, but in general to lose weight (that is good for the tum) is jogging, slowly for 2 miles a day  and then when at home, do some heel touches http://www.weighttraining.com/exercises/alternating-ab-heel-touch and some leg raises, it works the midsection just to give you that extra feeling ^^ good luck!

To lose fat you want to do cardio mixed with weight training in some fashion... but there's no specific way to target where the fat burns from first, second, or third, etc. Cardio obviously helps burn calories consumed. The reason for weights is to build muscle, more muscle = the more work your body can do = the more fat you can burn off. Not only that, but weight training will amp up your metabolism for hours after your work out and you'll continue to burn calories even after your workouts. http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/fat_loss_training_wars.htm

    Start at the beginning.
Have you entered your stats into goals on mfp? Then begin exercise...walking is awesome and weight lifting is a big boost to change your body.
    Log your food intake.
The body changes dramatically, we mommies know this lol!
Over time as you begin to eat healthier, manage stress better, be regular with exercise, and make sure you are sleeping well...your body will respond by becoming more balanced, and that includes dropping off unwanted fat. The skin looks a lot different depending on what is underneath it. Also the skin can become firmer and more youthful.

*sigh* I'm here with you on this one (no pregnancies for me though LOL). I have a lower belly that simply won't shift. Am hoping that the final 3 weeks of Insanity will help shift it!!!!

I've been doing 2 Zumba classes and a body boss class every week for the the last 5 weeks. I've lost 23 lbs and dropped 3 dress sizes. I notice the biggest changes in my belly and arms. I think the cardio of Zumba and the weight training in body blast is the way to go!

I try to walk with my 2 boys during the day but my 4 year old can't walk for longer than 20 min. Then he starts fussing that he is tired. Plus some times it is too cold. So I don't always take them. I do get a 10 min walk Monday thru Friday when I pick up my kids from school. But again it is a slow walk.
