    I don't really have one. I'm trying to get more protein in my diet and only one portion of carbs. I used to live on carbs! Lol

    :) totally get it. I'm a huge carb fan also. For a week, try to be as basic as possible. Don't overwhelm yourself with extravagant recipes and such. Meats, fruits, veggies. Yeah, its boring. But see how you feel at the end of the week. And then what kind of tweaks you can make that are easy but not wrecking. Just build from there.
    Surprising, I hardly miss bread anymore.
