    Good for you. It is all ice out here. I ran 20 miles this week so far and hoping for 10 tomorrow. We will see, have a Christmas Party tonight. So baking and started wrapping some presents but my kiddies came down early today and school is out due to the ice... :happy:

    thats awesome! I've ran 12 miles once, but thats the most (and it was a LONG time ago!!) maybe someday I'll be able to do more!!! :)


    I did suicides today for about 30 minutes..fun fun!

    Whoa... you guys should start the "serious runners' club." :tongue:

    What did I do? I ran for 15 minutes yesterday night, at 7 mph. Then, I started to feel pain in my ankle, so I walked another 12 minutes at a steep incline.

    If you don't mind me asking, how fast are you running?

    Congrats on your 13.1!!

    Im so excited!! I called my mom to see if I can take her dog! A big st.bernard! I have a huge fenced yard and I just want Baby so I can take her out for walks and jogs with me!! I really want a dog but my husband wont let me. He said though that I can take my parents dog! She is going to ask my dad, and Im going to ask my husband and I hope soon I will have her! :bigsmile:

    I'm going to go run on the treadmill at lunch today for about 40 min but really want to go outside. I just can't seem to get the will power to face the wind and cold. It's about -25C or -39C with the windchill.

    I ran roughly 7.5 today... great workout, but am SO GLAD it's the weekend!!!

    OH, and to respond to the speed question... I usually run between 7.0 and 7.8 miles per hour, depending on the song playing in my ear. I try to never run below 7.0. I used to run way faster (pre-baby) but my trainer has me focusing on heart rate, so I'm doing my best to follow the "fat burning" plan.

    I ran 4.5 miles with the training group. Good run. Funny though. I seem to run better by myself and with the group there is alot of chit chat and socialization. I love the people and talking to them but I find I get stitches and have a farder time runnnig and talking. I don't want to be aloof! What do I do?
