Hope I'm doing this right....Some guess work involved. Just hope it works. Been on every diet under the sun.

If you use MFP's data base you can get a lot of basic information. Otherwise the nutritional info on food packaging will help. To get portions right you need to measure liquids and weigh non liquids. Investing in a food scale will help you immensely. If you are able to log your food accurately you'll have greater success with your goals.

It's the only thing that works for sure. Please don't stop. This app is very helpful. I lost 90 lbs. good luck.0
