Strength Training

Does anyone know why there are no calories listed when you plug your strength training exercises into your dairy for the day? Cardio has listed calories, so when you do the exercise it gives you more calories to consume for that day but not when you do strength training! TIA

You can find Strength Training under Cardio.0 -
Enter it under the cardiovascular section (strength training, calisthenics, circuit training as appropriate).
It won't be a lot though.
The strength part is purely for recording for workout and doesn't add calories.0 -
its not a big calorie burner0
