Happy Thursday Everyone! I have been tracking for 10 days now. Tomorrow will be my first weight in, then I will do it weekly on Fridays. A little nervous. I have enjoyed reading the support that fellow MFP trackers give to one another. The helpful tips have been useful and put this weight loss journey into perspective. For those of you that are new at this journey - we can do it. Those that have been on the journey for awhile - great job. A good quote I read from someone out there..."This is not a diet, it is a positive life style change" - Let's all be positive together!

    I just started about 10 days ago myself. I've lost one pound so far. But what's even better for me is I've been really good at tracking my calories. MFP makes it so easy. I agree with you, the community on here is just great. I also like reading all the blogs on this site.

    Today was my 2nd day of tracking on here and I am loving it so far! I love how easy it is to keep track of calories! Really helps put things into perspective when you have the numbers right there in front of you. I've never kept track of calories before. This is all very new to me. Please feel free to add me if you'd like and good luck to you on your journey! :)
