Possibly to gain weight on a deficit?

I have about 1000 calories a day, 40 carbs max but I haven't seen any weight loss in about a week when I'm used to losing three or four pounds a week. My weight now seems to go up and down the same three pound range all week. The only thing I've changed is going to the gym twice this week, jogging, when before I only did yoga. Suggestions?

It's water weight fluctuation.
Also, I'd be willing to bet you that if you started raising calories and eating a bit more, you'd start losing again consistently. Bet me, bet me. Please?0 -

Lol I like your wording. I'll try increasing. 1200?

1200 is good to start at. See how it goes in 2-3 weeks then reevaluate.0
