Sure hope I can stay on track! Been doing weights for months with a trainer and now I think it's a must for cardio and diet as I am just not seeing any results.

    Good diet helps build muscle and cardio loses that fat to let them muscles show through.

    Work with a trainer as well; she always says arms are made in the gym, abs are made in the kitchen! All about the food. Add me as a friend!

    Thanks I am on a diet plan now, and went for a 2 hr hike today, skipping the gym. Going to stick with the cardio and decrese the weights for a bit. Any one hear how the new 21 days fix is from beach body? I heard you can get a vegan version. I have stomach issues and wanted to hear if it's a easy digest.
