By making it into pancakes with egg whites and protein powder (and usually zucchini - adds vegies and more bulk, not overpowering in taste and I still get sweet pancakes!)

I mix them together half and half and cook with some dried cranberries or blueberries. Add a little honey and some plain yogurt. Very yummy! (I don't care for quinoa on it's own for breakfast, but like it mixed with the oats.)

I make enough for about 3 days, portion it out in small mason jars and store in the fridge.

I've recently started mixing 1/2 cup of oats with half a banana, cinnamon, 1/4 cup of yoghurt and two tablespoon of milk to make pancakes. Another way is boiling 1/2 a cup of cooked oats, sprinkle some ginger powder, honey or sugar, and put some fruit on it.

I love quinoaaaa! I cook it like "fried rice". First, i let quinoa cook in water. Then i sautee garlic in olive oil, add chunks of tuna (or any protein of choice), carrots, bellpepper, green beans. Then i mix in the quinoa and season em with pepper and paprika and little bit of oyster sauce.

For oatmeal. I make them to granola. Then eat the granola with yoghurt. :3

I don't do recipes with oatmeal (breakfast quinoa is a nice idea, though). I just put my steel cut oats in my rice cooker when I wake up and get them started. After a bit I cook up some veggies to have on the side, and when the oatmeal is finished I add some berries (occasionally banana) and vanilla protein powder.

One of these days I will try a savory oatmeal, but when I have oatmeal I need to add extra protein, so the protein powder works.

Admittedly, I'm usually an omelet in the morning person.

I make this ahead and freeze it in individual portions.

Have not moved quinoa onto the breakfast circuit yet, but i did recently try millet as a breakfast porridge - phenomenal! Steel oats are still my favorite breakfast food, because of the flavor, texture, and 1-week storage life.
I make rolled oats into no-bake snack bars, or into protein pancakes with eggs and cottage cheese.

I make a quinoa pilaf (with black beans, jalapeno, ro-tel tomatoes, and cumin) that I eat in place of rice a lot of time. When I do, I'll also have it for breakfast with an over-easy egg (or two) on top.

I'm loving overnight oats right now. So many variations that I have not gotten bored yet!
