okay so lately I've been exercising more. I have started craving...pickle juice. I am not pregnant or anything like that..is this a normal thing? I mean I know I'm sweating more but pickle juice? What? LOL
Does this mean somethings wrong? Is it normal to crave salty stuff like that?

* as you can tell I'm a newbie to fitness LOL

  • I think you need to drink some Gatorade or something with electrolytes in it, I am not a doctor but I think that is why we crave salt or of course when it is that time of the month
