Day zero. Tomorrow, start this, start couch to 5k. I am a little worried about calorie counting, its not really my thing, but I will do it for a little while as I warm into new fitness habits. Want to share photos with a community as a motivator. Life has been rough lately with illnesses and deaths in my family, and I've stopped exercising, just getting through the days. Just making sure I get the necessities of uni and work done. But I want to be fit and strong. I want my body back. I want to spend the rest of my 30's feeling powerful. So. Tomorrow. It begins.

    Why not start today? Why tomorrow? Not to sound corny, but today is the first day in the rest of your life. You can always put things off til tomorrow, but down the road, you will have wished you started today.
