You definitely don't want to be in starvation mode--I'd increase calories with whole grains, fruits & veggies, & lean protein. Good Luck0

Calories very low, so is protein and water seems very high. All can be bad especially the water. Please be careful!
I would be more concerned with these than the sugar unless you have a sugar issue like diabetes.

Just looked at your diary and I highly doubt you are in starvation mode. It doesn't happen in minutes. Yesterday you ate enough and you are doing fine today. Just keep it up and you'll be fine.0

The water intake you set at 39 one day. Was that 39 eight ounce glasses? Or was it 39 ounces? The numbers on there refer to the number of 8 oz servings.0

To much water can be bad. Your body is made up of 0.9%NaCl (salt). Make sure you keep it balanced or you will be sick. Learning to balance is the hardest thing we have to learn. If it was all so easy we wouldn't need MFP and all the support we get from everyone here. Good luck!0

Your diary looks good. All I can see is you are eating the majority of your food late in the day.
I looked at your exercise and maybe you can increase it a little or change it up.
I am assuming your water intake is a mistake if not that is way to much.
Our bodies metabolism slows down as the day goes on.. eat more early in the day and less late0
