I'm new to this....

I have been trying to lose a little weight or at least tone up any help would be greatly appreciated

    I'm not severely overweight but I went from a job where I walk 10 hrs a day to a desk job so within the last few months I've gained 15 lbs. I've started cutting out sodas and carbs and a good bit of sugars and exercising daily I been walking a mile a day on the treadmill and doing a Jillian Michael's workout video hoping to see some kind of results soon. I get discouraged very easily.
