I'm in the same boat, except I can only do well for about 3 days, then forget to log my calories, skip my run...eat...But today is a new day and a new determination!!!0

4 weeks in and down 8lbs. Trying to lose 2 lbs a week for 20 weeks. Eating less and working out 5 days a week. Cardio and 5x5 SL for weights.

I have about 40lbs to lose and generally do okay but I have the most problems with breakfast. I can't have oatmeal because I'm starving an hour later. I need something with a lot of protein but I'm not a huge fan of eggs. Will eat them if I have to but I'm wondering if there's something I'm forgetting!0

I want to lose at least 44 pounds, but would love to lose more. I'm getting better at working out and watching what I eat, but I'm a very bad closet eater
