I've had customers ask how I've did it and I have to come up with creative ways of saying not eating this kind of crap ugggg! Rant I know but maybe you guys can identify I'm thankful to be employee and make good money but feel like I'm doing something I can't believe in...

Just say you watch what you eat.

You could always work towards a PT or group fitness certification if you don't believe in what you are doing anymore.

I don't know where you work, but most Fast Food places have a few good choices. You can tell people that you made those good choices as often as possible, and that you exercised, or whatever else you did. Most people know without being told that Fast Food--in general--is NOT good for them.
:flowerforyou: Huge KUDOS to you at succeeding when you are working in what is nutritionally a 'Hostile Environment'!!

I can identify. I sell chocolate for Dove. I'm peddling crack to addicts.
