Hi All

Does anyone know if there is a South African site like MFP? I am going back to SA in February and would like to keep my calorie counting up but I don't know where to find the calorie count in SA foods as they are not printed on the packaging??

    Not a clue........but if you can get online you should still be able to get on MFP if you type the address....we have people all over the world on here. Good Luck to you :flowerforyou:

    Also, find a good recipe calculator site for the foods that are made.

    thanks for your reply's I will see what I can find but I know that there will not be a site with SA food on it... will just have to try and convert KJ's to calories... :yawn:
