My jeans are a bunch of jerks!

Hi I'm 39 from CA. My jeans mock me everytime I open my closet. I wanna make peace & be able to be comfortable in them. Started my 600 calorie/day for 2 days diet and miserably failed by a 100 calories. I need support!

    But I think that you need to *kitten* your calorie intake goal. Its too low!
    You need energy to burn fat, and food helps us burn that fat.
    Please add me to so that we can lose this weight and for good!

    I'm starting the 5:2 diet. 5 days of regular calorie intake (1200) and 2 days of only 600. Not sure if this is a good way but I'm willing to try.

    I have a friend from England doing that caloric intake too. Curious to see how it goes. I think it would just tempt me too much and set me up for failure. Good luck!

    Oh, my. Please eat more than that. You don't have to starve to lose weight, and you're more likely to stick with it if you eat a more reasonable amount of food.
