Hi guys in desperate need of some genuine friends I don't think I can archive my goals without some motivation.

    I hear ya. I have absolutely no motivation but I think working together with someone might help. I need to lose 30 pounds.

    Sounds good. Felt a little better today went for a walk an I did 10 laps in 48 mins feeling great :) thanks guys
