So, I've recently discovered sweet basil seeds. They're similar to chia seeds except the swell up even bigger. They're very similar to the Boba in Bubble tea in consistency, but a little smaller. I've been drinking them daily and have felt less hungry.

they dont taste like anything really. i put a few tsps in some water, let them soak for a few minutes, then add some sort of flavoring and drink them or eat it with a spoon.

It's not as high a %,of the calories as flaxseed/chia though. The actual FA's all taste kind of fishy.

I love me some salmon too...

I never taste the chia seeds. I just add them to soup or yogurt and don't really notice that they are there. Bet basil would taste good in soup.
