Going out for Dinner tonight

I'm meeting a friend for dinner tonight. I've already checked the restaurant's website and picked out what I am going to order: Fire-grilled Lemon chicken - 570 calories.

I will eat a lighter lunch and jut had a healthy breakfast.

Just trying to be accountable.....

    You're on the right track. Figuring out what you're going to have early will make things a whole lot easier.

    This is the BEST thing to do...I have been doing that and filling in my diary for the rest of the day around that meal.

    It may not be perfect trying to estimate the dish on the menu but it is very good to have a great head start. I have not had a gain after eating out a meal here or there.

    Good for you! You will have a wonderful time with your friend and when you are done you'll feel so good about the time spent, and not feel badly about how many calories you ate. Have a fabulous time!

    Thanks all for the good words.

    Actually I had the Wok-fired Chicken Lettuce Wraps at the Elephant Bar! 570 calories. Very light and very good!

    And, someone has loaded them in to myfitnesspal. Awesome.
