Something to go with a sandwich

Options
HEY MFP WORLD!
Anyone have any ideas of something to go with a sandwich. Don't want to eat chips...
It's got to be something easy to eat seeing as I munch on my dinner during work.

Any ideas?

Soup? About as easy to eat as a sandwich is (or easier!).

    carrot/celery sticks?
or if you still want something "chip like" have some crispy minis-only 90 cals a serving.

I like carrots or any other crunchy veggie to give the crunch that would usually be chips. Yogurt is also good. a small side salad. a cut up apple. string cheese, small bowl of soup, wheat crackers (Special K ones r my fav right now), grapes... those have been my go to sides to a sandwich lately.

Apple slices, yogurt, salad, soup. Pretty much what ever one else said!

Thanks for the extra ideas. I have done the carrots and celery bit....just like switching it up! Definitely loving the trail mix idea. Homemade trail mix, for the win!

if you want chips, pop chips are awesome and low cal!

If you don't, hummus and baby carrots is my favorite.

Cottage Cheese - they have a new lower salt variety if
sodium is an issue. I also like apple slices / or a juicy pear.

If you like chips make your own using corn tortillas, much healthier than store bought ones.

I usually cut up and apple into fry like strips, for an extra treat I toss it in a little bit (like half or a half a teaspoon) of sugar or stevia and a dash of cinnamon.

I'm a pretty big fan of sliced cucumber and salsa or queso dip, or a little pepper, or a little fat free dressing...

My favorite is podded snap peas. I can only take carrot sticks for so long, but snap peas are amazing. You can eat them plain or with a dip like hummus.

if you dont want chips just because theyre bad for you, you could try a healthy alternative called Pop Chips. about 100 cal per bag. and the bbq flavored ones are less in sodium.
