Hi New to MFP need fitness buddies to stay motivated..can weightloss achieved by healthy diet? I workout a lot all these years but still nt able to reduce a bit..thoughy I had to change my diet fr a change...

    Eat Proteins and veggies ( Protein - 2grams X Kg of your current body weight and carbs 3grams x kg of your body weight need to achieve ....carbs thorugh vegtables ( not fruits it has sugar) & keep fat below 0.4 gram per kg of body weight you want to acheive ) - keep your calories around 1200 - 1400 Calories - Workout 6days per week ( cardio 4 days burn 500 calories and do upper body weight traning / 2 days weight training only lower body... do squats it will enhance your running ability longer ) keep in mind protein to avoid muscle loss...don't reduce the protein intake ..

    Hi Aish, Im a mum of 2 and can understand that sometimes it just doesn't Budge... Ive been working out on the T25 and love it.. I rejoined MFP just today and so looking for some partners in crime too!

    Tnx madhu1891 dat was really informative but how do we calculate the protein nd carbs from the food dat we take? Is there any recommendations for food?
