Getting Started and Feeling Great!

Hello!
About four months ago I reached my goal weight. Unfortunately, I hit a plateau and then I started gaining the weight back.
I started to feel really discouraged, but now I am ready to get back into shape!
I absolutely love yoga! Stretching, strength, and cardio. I finally found a workout that I can stick with every day!
I can't wait to meet people who share my love and help me stay on track!
