why oh why is it sooooo damn hard to stay at or under your carb intake for the day....? Oh I know! Because there's *kitten* carbs in everything!!!! Is there a "low carb" diet out there that doesn't have you starving all day...!? Does one exist!? Anyone!?!!

    Don't eat"dishes". Compile a meal of a lean protein. A complex card and a veggie. And if you snack, snack on a lean protein source. You won't be as hungry as the protein is filling. And if your carbs get high leave the carb serving out for that meal. If your good on carbs, have that serving of a complex carb source during that meal.

    I try to eat low carb and high protein/fat, keeps you fuller longer.
    Eggs, Greek yogurt or cottage cheese and pineapple for breakfast, tuna and chickpea salad or grilled chicken on garden salad for lunch, avocados, herbed deli ham or turkey roll ups around a cheese stick, steak or chicken with lots of vegis for dinner.
    I replace bread and pasta with extra vegis. But I agree it IS hard. Good luck :)

    Low carb high card low fat high fat low protien hight fat fad diets all this dont matter calories matter :) yes certain foods have more micro nutrents that others your nt gonna hit fibre goal and protien goal by eating snickers bars lol calorie deficit=LOSE FAT period! Hope this helps bro

    I'm low carb because of blood sugars, I make my own packages of mixed nuts. About 225 calories, 3 grams of carbs and when I'm hungry that's my go to meal/snack. If I'm eating vegetables/fruit I subtract the fiber from the total carb count to give me (my total carb count). The MFP nutrition counter doesn't do that, so I adjust. I try to stay around 30 grams a day. My calories are 1200, but I'm a 5'1" female with at least 80 more pounds to go. I don't ever feel hungry at the end if the day. Sometimes I might want to munch though, lol. Oh, if you like fried pork skins they don't have any carbs. I like them for the crunch factor.
