    Comments/Successes/Challenges: Last week was a bit of a roller coaster ride when it came to my weight but hopefully things have now settled down and I am back on track.

    Defiantly NOT a great start, BUT it is a LOSS and I will improve. Easter had some detrimental effects on my weight.

    Comments/Successes/Challenges: Weight loss appears to have slowed down a bit but that might partly be water retention as my exhausted quads attempt to repair themselves. I have walked over 30 kilometers in the past two days.

  • A little late for April but definitely want to join. Maybe I can lose 4-5 lbs by the end of this month. Cutting back on coffee is probably where I should start! So hard for me. I love my coffee.

    That's 1.6 lbs so far. Don't think I'll manage 5 lbs this month but I'm really going to try for another 1.5lbs for the end of the month. Just keep thinking about summer and feeling comfortable in my shorts!

    Loss/gain for the week: .4 lbs
    Loss/gain for the month so far: 2.2 lbs

    Struggles or successes of your week: Weight loss has slowed down a bit. Changed from NEAT to TDEE method and not eating back calories. Seems to be working well and back to a steady loss each day now. As of 4/22 I'm at 185.8 with 3 cardio and 3 strength days per week.
