Your body does a great job of cleansing and detoxing itself. You don't need to waste money. Drink water and let your body do its thing.

Really? I drink 1 gallon a day. Except weekends, I don't carry my gallon than. So water for detoxing is awesome?

Fiber helps too, keeps your colon moving things along in a timely manner.

We use Dove and Olay, but that might just be because there are three females in the house.

This. Cleansing/detox products for your body are not needed (well the inside of your body anyway, lol). They are nothing but a marketing scam and a waste of money.

Then you should look at soap to cleanse your body. You have choices of bars, gels, bubble baths, etc.

"Detox" and "cleanse" diets/products are a waste of money and basically a complete fraud industry.

Your liver and kidneys do all the cleansing the inside of your body needs. If you feel a need to help things along, just drink some water.

Other than that, I think nice hot showers are particularly nice, especially after some time at the gym. We use Suave body wash.

I like Dr Bronners pure castile soap. It is non toxic, so theoretically you could eat it,
