Tired uni student

Hello all!

I'm giving this a second shot. I've reached a point where I'm tired of myself, but I'm also always feeling tired. I want to make myself feel happier and I feel this is going to be through getting fit and eating healthier.

My problem lies herein: I am in catered halls and so measuring/portioning/having any idea the content of the food I eat is impossible and I reckon has made the first two terms at university tricky. It's also quite hard for me to get myself out of bed and to do exercise, finding it hard without somebody else to help me along. Hopefully this doesn't have to be a physical person but perhaps from the community support I know lies here.

So I'm Jess, I'm 19 (it was my birthday yesterday) and I'm so ready for this new transition!
