At Nutrisystem, I lost (91 pounds), I maintained (for almost two years), and I gained (almost) all of it back. I don't like change, but for me, it is TIME for a change. A big change. Of course, Nutrisystem's business decision to pull the plug on the support community may have been just the push I needed.
