Looking for Happy Herbivore Friends

So I joined MFP over a year ago and had some friends that way, but most of them aren't active anymore. Plus I really don't have time to deal with questions like "why so many carbs" or "I don't think you're getting enough protein" and all those other comments that I could potentially get if I just sent out a bunch of friend requests!
I am trying MFP again because I just need to plan my meals better. I can't follow the Happy Herbivore meal plans to the letter, because 1) I need more than 1,200 calories even at a deficit--or I will find myself eating everything in sight, and 2) I find it works better for me to eat two larger meals (also known as intermitent fasting, though I prefer the term two meals a day, since I do allow a light supper if I need one), rather than 3, and I don't do snacks. A meal of under 500 calories leaves me shaky and weak long before meal time, and I homeschool (think 3 kids ages 2 to 8, with me at all times), so I need to have enough energy from breakfast to go at least 5 hours without crashing!
Anyhow, I am looking for other Happy Herbivore users. I know you are out there--people have put in every recipe I have ever searched for, which makes it easier for me to figure my calories for the day. I usually plan them out before I eat them--much easier than going "oops--too much" after the fact!--and often I will work out the next day the night before. Not having to put in recipes makes my life much easier than last time. And let's not get started on how much easier it is to eat enough without oil!
Anyhow, if you buy the HH meal plans or use the cookbooks (or both--I have two cookbooks and about 7 or 8 meal plans, though I never buy more than one a month anymore), please send me a friend request and include a message saying you are a Happy Herbivore, and I'll add you. Then we can cheer each other on.
No need to reply to this unless it is to keep it up in the list of topics for a while. I usually use MFP on my iPod, and I can't access the comments from there. But maybe I'll check back in a couple of days and see what discussion has gone on without me.
