I want a change!

Hello,
My name is destiny. I am 26 years old. I have been struggling with my weight for the past 5 years, and ever since my son was born. I stand about 5 ft 9 and weigh about 212 lbs.
I find myself always on this limbo pattern and losing motivation. I could say I want this healthy lifestyle change but find myself sticking to old unhealthy habits. I want to be healthier, stay and be motivated and overall be happy with myself. My hopes are to get into this community and find some motivation to become a happy, and healthier me.

Slowly cut your bad habits out & replace them with new healthier habits!

I am 20, I was drinking everyday, eating fast food & drinking pop.. I was raised in a family where eating is a hobby lol.. It took me 3 months to slowly cut everything out even just replacing chips with baked chips then veggie straw chips.. Keep trying to make healthier choices even if they are not considered the healthiest.

You are the only person who can help you make the changes. If you don't do it, no one else is going to do it for you!

To be successful in making long term, sustainable changes you need a really good reason why you're doing it. Working this out will help you stay on track.
