hi I looked at the app a few years back and didn't use it. Wish I had I waited until I gained 23 pounds and then decided it was time to get serious. I have about 35 pounds Id like to loose. I will see when I get closer to goal. I am using my eliptical and planning to begin weight or circuit training. I love the application find it very helpful.

Hi, try to get into a habit of weighing your portions of you don't already. I was eating twice what I thought I was. Exercise is great but only when combined with good eating☺0
