Hi, the only thing that seems to work for me is cutting out bread and carbs, I've lost 18lbs in 6 weeks 11lbs since join mfp and cutting out bread seems to be the key as when I stick to my calories but include bread etc I can't seem to lose. I eat a lot of fish chicken and lentils for protein. Hope that helps xx

Is tasty cheese processed cheese product? If so, I would switch to a "real" cheese. You could also swap spinach for iceberg-more nutrient dense. I like to eat a lot of fruits and vegetables, and they help you feel full. Raw cucumber, celery, carrot, peppers, apples and berries. Greek yogurt is good for added protein.

Looks pretty good to me. My only suggestion is eat more veggies. They won't add much in calories and will get you more in nutrition. Personally I would eat a more substantial breakfast. Even just a hard boiled egg would get you more protein to start your day.

Assuming you are using a scale and your measurements are accurate, then eat more, you will get yourself ill. Calores are meant to be eaten, being under is not a good thing, not when you have set your goal to a pretty aggressive one to begin with. If you are somewhere around 90 kilos, 1200 is at the moment a very low goal for you, and ending up eating only 800-1000 many days is not a good thing. Be patient, try beign less aggressive about it, and you will still lose weight, do not worry.

You might want to consider adding protein powder to your smoothies and porridge. That really helped me increase my protein consumption. You seem to consistently be eating less than 1200 kcal a day. This is not good for your long term health. The protein powder will help a bit with that but you might also want to consider a snack of a protein rich Greek yogurt during the day.

This was my thought. With such low calories, I wouldn't be "wasting" them on carbs from bread, wraps, porridge, sugar etc. I would be bulking my meals up with less carb dense vegies for health. Your entries aren't overly accurate - "medium" this, "large" that. Try to weigh everything to make your diary as accurate as possible.

    Why lower bread and porridge?

It doesn't matter what you eat it's how much. Lowering carbs will not help you lose weight except it will lower calories unless you sub it with other stuff that makes up the calories which tends to happen.

If you are looking for more protein I agree with protein powder in your smoothie...I do that in the summer with mine to get mine in otherwise in the fall/winter I eat eggs and ham with cheese.

For snacks try greek yogurt or to get more protein seafood and fish are great.

as well with logging it's not enough to weigh your portions you do need to log them accurately

    this might help.

If you're not hungry in the morning you don't have to force yourself to eat. Forget what you've heard about breakfast being the most important meal of the day. You might find that eating your daily calorie allowance in a shorter period of time works well for you (say between 12-8pm). It's called intermittent fasting - lean gains style. You've already got some good tips on increasing veggies too
