Hi. My name is Karen. I love using this app but even though i have been eating the way i should and working out. All i have done is go down a few pounds and up a few pounds. I don't eat most dairy and wheat. Seems to bother me. So mostly I eat protein, veggies, and fruit. I do have lactose free ice cream at night. But that is included in my calories. I work out almost everyday. New for me. I have only lost as of today 2 pounds. It has been a month. Any suggestions. I have no more than 1200 cals a day .

I have found that even if I am under my daily calories, if I eat sugar, I do not lose weight.
Sugar is a killer. Maybe only treat yourself two days a week.
When you look back on your diary, are you noticing a trend when you gain the pounds back?

Thank you for the reply. I will try. I have a terrible sweet tooth. So that cup of ice cream keeps me on track all day but you could be right. I will really try this week. Thank you.0
