I am about to be 29 in May and I have until June 6th to get ready for the regional fire test so any suggestions and comments with food and workouts would be appreciated I'm 218 lbs trying to get down to 185 thank you in advance

Cardio and probably maintenance to moderately heavy weights. Cut calories and watch your macros. Lots of water! Maybe only eat back like 50% of your exercised cals back but invest in a HRM to insure you're not over estimating cals burned, this is detrimental to weight loss as most calorie calculators (including MFP) way over estimate calories burned for the average person.
