Please help!!

I am trying to lose weight. I am going to start counting calories and exercising the 21 day fix. I am not using the containers, but I need help picking foods.
The problem is I don't like salads, chicken, or soups. I don't know what pack!!
I was making myself a healthy pita pizza with 215 calories for lunch everyday and a toast with peanut butter. This is daily. I prefer to eat the same thing everyday of the week for lunch and breakfast. It makes my packing so much easier.
I'm just so lost. I don't know if my pita pizza and toast would be sufficient to lose the weight I want to lose. In other words, is it too many carbs? Please help!!!!

Just get yourself a food scale. Eat what you like and what fits into your daily goals. Weigh and measure everything you consume and log it here accurately . if you eat at a deficit you'll lose weight. So just get yourself a food scale and you'll be just fine .0

Thank you I don't know what I'm doing anymore. I am just tired of my health impact because of all the weight I've tacked on.0
