I started using My Fitness Pal and Map My Walk on 28/12/2014 when I suddenly realised I hated the way I looked and unless I actually did something about it I had no one to blame but myself!!

I had recently got a dog so it was a perfect kick up the butt to start exercising!

I was gutted to realise last month that I hadn't actually taken any photos of before for comparison but today I found this one from last June (where I was the same weight(ish!)) as when I started. Made me realise how far I have come.

I weighed 13st10lbs when I started and now weigh 11st4lbs! Still 11lbs to go to target but I can see the light at the end of the tunnel and am feeling somewhat pleased with myself!!
