Why can't I add Pilates exercises to Strength? We do circuit Pilates which can be very challenging, it's not all about lying on a mat doing a few stretches. It's a very popular exercise and should be available on the UK database.

Log it under cardiovascular......anything you want to log for a calorie burn estimate should go there.0

No matter how challenging it may be, you aren't engaging the anaerobic chain. It is still an aerobic workout.
But if you really want to put it under your strength section, you can always create your own exercises0 -
Under cardio - I log it frequently - it is there. Strength training section is for tracking - such as your reps and weight amount so you can see how you're progressing - cardio is for getting the calories added.0
