I use Slayer for prowler pushes, Beastie Boys for jogging and cancer bats or the welch boys for lifting0

Depends on the type of music you like. There are many pump up type songs in all genres ranging from musical and pop to alternative and metal, plus any others really.
Anything specific you prefer?0 -
"Wake Me Up" - Evanescence
"Unchained" - Van Halen
"Them Bones" - Alice In Chains
"So What" - Pink
"The Distance" - Cake
"Give It Away Now" - Red Hot Chili Peppers
"The Pretender" - Foo Fighters
I'm curious to see the variety of responses this will likely attract.
Can't believe I forgot the Beasties! "Intergalactic" for a smile and a boost.0 -
Cannibal Corpse, Slayer - anything.0

AC/DC, Rocky theme tracks, Van Halen... It works here..0

I like a lot of different types. Except rap.0 -
Thanks everyone!!! I love most of those but when I'm trying to download songs, I can never remember any. This helps a lot.0

I love Queen. One of my favorites is Don't Stop Me Now. Another One Bites the Dust is also great. Dr. Feelgood by Motley Crue is awesome. This one may sound weird, but Knock Em Out or LDN by Lily Allen. Both are very peppy. I listen to crazy varieties of music. My playlist has anything from Garth Brooks to… well, Lily Allen and Motley Crue. So there you go.0

Haha I love her song Talking Body!0 -
Alright. Some of the top ones I have so far for mostly attempts to jog and lifting include:
Help, I'm Alive by Metric
The Howling by Within Temptation
No Light, No Light by Florence and the Machine
Scream by Avenge Sevenfold
Paradise City and Welcome to the Jungle by Guns N Roses
Cherry Pie by Warrant
and
Alive from the musical Jekyll & Hyde - It's a good song for deadlifts. Very short but sufficient for a few heavy reps.
There are some good pop ones too that also can work as "pump up" type, especially for cardio. But my current pop options are limited as I don't have many on my iTunes.0 -
Tourniquet and 7" by Cripper have been doing it for me lately, but pretty much anything by them is good. Arch Enemy is pretty generic but good too.0
