Hi,

Just after some ideas for a high fiber, high protein and low cal smoothie.

And just a questions about coconut milk/water (same thing aren't they?)

I know a lot of people using coconut milks and water in their smoothies is this because it is a natural laxative.

Like I've heard people say they feel less bloated from having smoothies wouldn't that be because they'd go to the toilet regularly because the coconut milk or do smoothies without coconut milk give same less bloated feel?

Thanks.

Coconut, almond, cashew, etc... milks are non dairy...

People have digestive issues with diary... Look it up on google..

As for the smoothie you need to add veggies to any smoothie you want to for high fiber. Low calorie, well good luck with that...

Coconut milk and coconut water are 2 different things. I never use coconut water in my smoothies due to their sugar lever, I do use coconut milk sometimes but mostly just plain water, protein powder, fruit
You can use a spoon of inulin power - almost 100% fiber with a mild sweet taste to add fibre to any smoothie. I usually use flavored protein powder and use spinach in my smoothies - they are low calorie and adds volume and some fibre. And of course use some high fibre fruits that you like.
