You track your smoothies by weighing all the ingredients separately. The search function would be a great place to look for recipes :)

track by adding the individual elements into your diary. Do you have a juicer too? I recently tried and loved this:
1x Mango, get the fruit off the hard core, and throw it in juicer.
    1x apple, throw into juicer.

    Put the juice into blender.

Throw some frozen strawberries and a banana into the BLENDER (not juicer). Blend for a few minutes.
    Serve and enjoy!

Use frozen strawbs because 1. They'll not go mouldy; 2. They'll cool the smoothie down nicely.

    Milk + banana
    Milk + strawberries + honey
    Milk + strawberries + banana
Any of the above with plain yoghurt instead of milk
orange juice + mango + banana

    you get the idea :)

You track the ingredients one by one.

I have found that freezing plain greek yogurt in ice cube trays helps in adding the creamy slushiness to a smoothie without breaking out the calories. I freeze in the trays and then once frozen, pop them out and store in the freezer in a ziploc bag. That way, I can add as little or as much as I want, depending on how much I am making. Freezing pineapple chunks and strawberries adds to the slushiness also. I wash and clean the strawberries and then freeze them on a wax paper covered cookie sheet. Once frozen, I store them in the freezer in a ziploc bag. The same principle applies to any type of berry. So if your local farmers market or store has a sale, stock up!

    My favorite smoothie (super filling)

    1/4 apple (Fuji or gala)
    handful of spinach
    handful of kale
    16 frozen grapes
3-4 frozen strawberries (I cut the strawberries in quarters and freeze them)
1 1/2 cup of almond, coconut or cashew milk (or a combination)
    1 tbsp. coconut oil.

It will look disgusting, but it is yummy!
