Any ideas on foods with low or no carbs besides eggs ? Btw( don't like too many veggies much or seafood lol)

Why not just eat more carbs?0

The app doesn't mean to starve you most likely. You just seem to have tastes that lean that way. I for one can never meet my carbs even with sweets added but I constantly go over suggested fats. We have drastically different weight situations, so I don't know if it's of any help but my diary is open. Feel free to have a look.0

Are you taking Fiber into account? Fiber does not have have blood glucose response so add your fiber allowance to your carb allowance. EXTREME Tortilla Shells, 90kcal,9g Fiber, 0g Fat, 14g Carbs (5 net), 5g Protein0

I split my macros <100gcarbs, 85g fat, 120gprotein and I am never hungry... allthough I don't eat most grains so my only carbs are various potatoes, starchy vegetables, rice, quinoa etc0

Adjust your macros to allow more carbs Or just ignore it and eat more carbs.0

As long as you're getting adequate protein and fat then you have no reason to worry about a specific number for carbs. Definitely don't cut back on fruit! That would be one of the worst things you can do for your "health."
It sounds like you're eating pretty healthy overall. Just keep focusing on your calorie goals while getting plenty of protein and adequate fat.

Your advising someone who doesn't like veggies to cut back on fruit too? That's not a great idea.

How is the app responsible for giving you only 98 g of carbs? The lowest the app will go for a calorie rec is 1200 (and you probably don't need to be that low given that you only have 8 lbs to lose), and its default is 50% carbs, or 150 grams. Where did the 98 g come from?
If you are hungry and can't meet your calorie requirement without going over carbs, maybe adjust your carb requirement?
Nuts are good for protein and fat, though, cheese is basically fat with a little protein, meat is protein with fat, avocados have carbs, but are largely fat, maybe increase the fat content of the Greek yogurt.0 -

She's under on her calories, so she could just add the butter, etc.
Or she could adjust her carb allowance.0
