Returning to the basics and loving myself enough to do it!

Hi there community! I'm Arielle! I had an open long limb RNY procedure done in 2000. I have gotten back into bad habits of trying to console my emotions with sugar, chocolate and, well, too much food! I have been in and out of other sites looking for something that feels more compassionate and supportive. I need support, encouragement and understanding, as well as companionship on the journey! I have been tracking my food and trying to get more active. I am back on my gastric bypass plan and stopping when I am full. I am doing the action part and it feels really good!
