I am new to MYFITNESSPAL.com
I would like to lose 125 lbs - 64 yr old female @ 5'2" I look like a rolly polly but more than that I need to lose at least 25 lbs fast so I can walk. My knees hurt very badly and I cannot stand to put on makeup or do gardening etc.
so far since 4/22/15 I have lost 4 lbs I hope I keep it up!
