Is there anybody out there in their 50's that has a lot of weight to lose and a long way to go to get fit? Menopause, stress, and sedentary job has taken its toll. I need some support from others who are working on the fit in the 50's journey.

I lost my weight before I reached 50, but I've been in maintenance for 3 years. I'll send you a FR!

I just turned 50 and have about 100 pounds to lose. I am having an easier time with upping the exercise than with curbing the diet. I had a hysterectomy a year ago (kept ovaries, so no menopause yet), quit smoking almost 2 years ago and want to be much healthier before my youngest child graduates high school next summer. Feel free to add me (everyone), too.

Hi. I just turned 52 earlier this month. I have another 20 LBS to go but, I understand where you are coming from. Add me, if you wish.

I'm 51 and currently down 87 lbs. Still have 25-37 lbs to go, depending on which goal I end up using. Feel free to add me, anyone else can as well.
