Hi all, not sure if this article has been discussed here before (I'm new as of this week and have only gotten through a small part of the forums so far)... but it does mesh with things I've researched before.

That link contains a list of healthy foods that you can use to satisfy different types of cravings, and explains exactly what the body is looking for. Even if it's wrong, it still sounds like good advice, as you won't hurt yourself eating their recommendations!

    Interesting!

Having been a preganant woman and understanding what those cravings are about, I totally get this!

My doc had said that the pregnancy cravings (and I also read this) are about what your body is lacking at the time.

So, this is definitely food for thought! y_thinking.gif

    Thanks for the link!
