I started using my fitnesspal back in September 2014 after I seen some pictures that have been taken of me.Before I started actually counting calories I did two days of just keeping track of how I'd been eating and I eating between 2600 and 2800 cal, I started out at 1600 cal stayed there until I lost almost 30 pounds and then went down to 1400 cal as of today 4/27/2015 I've losted 38.4 pounds doing nothing more than just counting calories.I went from a size 20 to 14 in jeans and a size 2X scrubs to a size medium. My set goal was to lose 50 pounds by summer.A lot of determination but I have to say that I think this is the easiest program I've ever tried.

Those are 2 1/2 pounds of saline for a total of what weight I had lost and to think that I was carrying that around every day0
