So I fell off the bandwagon a bit- a month of not eating right and no gym time can really get ya!!! So I've been doing better and can already tell a difference in how i feel!! Looking forward to getting this last 30lbs off of me!!!

Better to have caught yourself at "only" 5 pounds! Think of it that way!

I did the same but gained 10 over a 3 month period of time. Back at it again now. For me it was actually a good thing. Made me see the difference in how I feel "on" different foods. I find it to be pretty motivating actually.

I've regained about five pounds myself due to holidays and other "special occasions". Trying to get back on track, also.

I've backslid myself, more than 5 pounds, letting crazy things in life get a hold. As others have said, glad you recognize it before it gets worse than 5 pounds.

Big props to you for holding yourself accountable when you knew you hadn't been eating or excercising like you should. Stepping on that scale and holding yourself accountable was awesome! 5 lbs compared to 50??? You can SOOOO do this!
