    Very well done! It does get a little more difficult as you lose weight in the sense that you have to eat fewer calories to continue to lose. I also found though that as you go along you find different strategies to help with that, and it becomes easier. Protein has helped me as well as not depriving myself of fat. Regular meals,snacks and increasing exercise to allow myself more food. Best of luck!!
